M/s Jamal And Company was stublished on 1982, To carry on the business of Special Class Contractor of Bangladesh. Together with PWD Contractor, Electric Contractor , Electric Supervisor, Civil Aviation , Health & Family Welfare Department (CMMU) , Bangladesh Tar &Telephone Board (T & T Board), National Sports Council Contractor , Housing & Settlement Department Contractor, Facilities Department, Ministry of Education Contractor, RAJUK Contractor.

On Twenty-Sixth day of July two thousand and sixteen (26/07/2016) M/s Jamal And Company transform into M Jamal And Company Limited. All rights,all assets and liabilities of the Proprietorship including goodwill,  freehold and leasehold premises, work in progress, existing security deposits, advances received, advance paid prepayments cash in hand, cash at bank of M/s Jamal And Company  are now under M Jamal And Company Limited.
